Deficient Practice Statement During the inspection, the LPA observed in all three of the classroom bathrooms (both girls and boys), there were no seat covers available in the children's or staff bathrooms. Two of the classrooms had holders on the walls for the seat covers, but they were empty and one classroom (Wilson East) did not have a holder or covers.
