Assistant Director stated they conducted staff meetings on 5/1/23 to review procedures regarding children’s personal rights shall. She will submit the meeting agenda and signatures of attendees to Community Care Licensing (CCL) by POC due date. Based on interviews and records review, Licensee did not guarantee the children's personal rights in that children engaged in inappropriate activities while in care.
