101163(a) · 101163(a) False Claims (a) No licensee, officer or employee of a licensee shall make or disseminate any false or misleading statement regarding the child care center or any of the services provided by the center. Director will ensure she reviews this regulation and submit a statement of understanding. Additionally, director will ensure all invalid CPR/First Aid cards received in July 2020 are removed from staff files and are replaced with valid cards issued from an EMSA approved vendor after successful completion of course.
Based on interviews and records review, EMSA approved CPR/First Aid cards were issued to staff without the required training. Former director advised staff that training was not needed due to COVID.
