The Licensee will also conduct a training session with staff members on the topic of infant safe sleep. The training materials and staff attendance will be sent to the LPAs for review. Based on observation, LPAs observed that the napping room door was closed while an infant was sleeping inside. Both staff present stated there was nobody in the nap room and that infant child was not present today.This poses potential health and safety risks to children in care.
