An unusual incident occurred at the facility on 9/20/2024 that required medical attention. The Director did not report the incident to CCLD. 101238(a) · 101238(a) -Buildings and Grounds(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. The director will meet with the staff regarding making sure that the sheets, blankets and stuffed animals are cleaned at all times. A basket will be created for these items to show that they are clean or dirty. This will also be created for toys. A plan of correction will be submitted to the Department by 3/20/23. LPA observed two carpets in the toddler room that need to be cleaned. LPA observed a storage room with stuffed animals and sheets in which LPA was unsure if they were clean. This is a potential risk the health and safety risk.
