Licensee will ensure that she is in complaince with Title 22 regulations regarding ratios in a Family Child Care home. Licensee is to watch the How Many Children Can Attend a Family Child Care Home video on the departments website, and submit a written declaration of understanding no later than 02/12/2026. 07/31/25 the licensee was observed by the IB investigator caring for ten children without any assistance present and admitted at that time of operating out of ratio on 07/15/2025. evidenced by Licensee will empty and remove the pool, install a 5ft fence surronding the pool or wall to wall, or install a barricade along the pool and send proof of corrections to LPA via email sarah.garcia@dss.ca.gov by 5pm on 10/28/2023. Based on observation and interview the facility pool fence does not met regulation since it is not 5ft and self-latching, and self closing which poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to the children in care.
