Site Director Eckert stated that she will conduct a disaster/fire drill no larer than 5/5/2025. A copy of the drill log must be submitted to the department no later than end of business of 5/5/2025. Based on interview with staff, facility has not conducted a disaster drill since summer of 2024.

Director will ask parent to start sleeping child in the crib at home to make transition at school easier. Director will also meet with staff to establish consistency regarding child's sleep plan. Based on staff interviewed, a 5-month old infant was allowed to sleep on the floor(daily) due to the infant's difficulty in sleeping. According to staff the infant will awake as soon as they try to lay infant in the crib. Director will submit a copy of the plan to the department no later than 5/5/2025.

Director stated that she had notification to the parents of children to leave the car seats in the hallway next to her office. Director provided a copy of email to LPA today. Based on observation, a car seat and a back pack were observed stored near the exit. During the recent earthquake, staff had to remove a couple of car seats out of the way before they safely got out of the building. Director Lang assisted Ms. Sainez by faxing over a request to the Community Care Licensing Regional Office for Allison Boehringer to be associated to the facility at the time of inspection. Based on LPA observation, record review and interview with Office Administrator Rocio Sainez, substitute Allison Boehringer (who is fingerprint cleared) worked at the facility on 2/28/22 and 3/1/22 without being associated to the facility.
