Director will submit a written plan to CCLD (shane.loftus@dss.ca.gov) explaining steps that administration takes when a child is reluctant to eat and also to ensure children's personal rights are not violated. Written plan will be submitted by 06/04/2025. Based on interviews, director did not comply with the section cited above in that S1 was observed to forcefully feed C3 in an effort to transition from breakfast to another classroom activity.
