101229(a)(1) · (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. All staff will view the following CCLD video on the ccld.ca.gov website (1.) Supervising Children in Child Care Centers. On or before 10/2/25, submit a plan for providing supervsion during pick up time at the center to your Licensing Program Analyst. Upon receipt and review of your document your deficiency will be cleared.

on 9/25/25, a child went inside the classroom with a family picking up, while staff was outside on the yard. The child was outside of the staffs supervision for about 30 seconds which poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. Failure to correct will result in a $100 per day civil penalty until corrected. Repeat violations are $250 per violation and $100 per day until corrected.
