Facility must right a statement acknowledging that there must always be at least one staff member with current CPR training. Based on review of records it was found that S5 was alone at the facility with expired CPR. Per S2 the staff member has current documentation but was unable to provide that documentation during the inspection. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
