All staff shall watch training video on the subject of proper supervision. Director shall conduct additional trianing session with staff on the subject of supervision. Upon completion, Director shall submit attestation form confirming completion of the above. Based on staff interviews, it was determined that a child in care had escaped from the facility grounds due to absence of supervision.
