Director to send documentation on whats covered as well as have staff sign their acknowledgment of what is required of them. Based on observations and interviews it was found that staff speak to children in an inappropriate manner. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.

LPA Uribe observed that out of the 10 children's files reviewed, 9 of them had at least one incomplete licensing form.
