Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one count out of 5 counts of children's files which poses a potential health, safety risk to persons in care. During inspection of medications, child # 6 did not have required documentation for the medication from the child's representative and child's doctor.
