(2) The Individual Infant Sleeping Plan [LIC 9227 (3/20)] shall be maintained in the infant’s file and shall be available to the Department for review.
Licensees will submit to LPA, Individual Infant Sleeping Plan for one infant in care by POC date. Based on observation, interviews and record reviews, Licensees did not comply with section cited above. Licensees did not maintain an Infant Sleeping Plan for one infant enrolled in care which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
