Upon arrival, LPA observed two preschool children leaving. Upon entry, LPA observed assistant with 6 preschool children and Licensee was not home. Licensee arrived at 12:55pm. LPA informed her of the regulations and provided Licensee with a children's capacity worksheet and clarified the age and ratio of children and number of staff for which care can be provided with a large family child care license.
