  LPA conducting mulitple interviews with staff, LPA was informed that a child was hit on the head, children were grabbed by the arms, children were getting yelled at by staff, and children were sprayed in the face with a water hose.and determining personal rights violations occurred This poses an immediatele risk to the Health, Safety, Personal Rights, to children in care.
