Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Upon arrival, LPA observed infant (C2) propped in a play yard with two pillows and child was holding a milk bottle. Child was observed to be sleeping. LPA reminded Licensee about safe sleep regulations including no loose articles inside the crib/play yard. Sister/ assistant removed the loose items from the play yard during today's inspection.
