101216.3(a) · Teacher-Child Ratio - (a) There shall be a ratio of one teacher visually observing and supervising no more than 12 children in attendance, except as specified in (b) and (c) below.
Licensee Representative states that she will submit a written plan by 11/21/25 to ensure that there is a fully qualified teacher in the classroom at all times. LPA observed a teacher's aide (S3) supersiving six preschool children in Room 4 which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Because the facility has been cited for repeating the same violation within 12 months, an immediate civil penalty of $250 is hereby assessed. An ongoing civil penalty of $100 per day will be assessed until the violation is corrected.
