  101229(a)(1) · 101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. Director to provide LPA with a written plan of supervision procedures. Director to conduct a facility wide training on supervision with all staff and provide an agenda and sign in sheet of participation. Director to repair bells on the inside of the doors notifying staff when the doors open from inside. Director to email photographic proof of corrections by POC due date. This requirement has not been met as evidenced by S1 left C1 outside when bringing in items from outdoor play. S2 found C1 alone 40 seconds later and returned him to the classroom. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety and personal rights of children in care.
