Deficient Practice Statement Based on facility tour, LPA and LPM observed an insect killer, a box of nails, a pair of scissors, and power drill in the back yard and accessible to children. Glass cleaner was observed in the drawer in the dining room. Outlets were not covered in the playroom and the living room. In the kitchen, knives were in the drawer and cleaning supplies under the sink in the kitchen, all accessible to children. which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
