101161(a) · Limitations on Capacity - A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation. The facility submitted an application on 07/31/23 requesting for 8 non-ambulatory children and awaiting for fire clearance. By POC due date, Site Director states that she will submit a written plan of correction to ensure that the facility operates within the scope of the license.

The faucets were taped and not being used. The children are using the water dispenser in Room 2 for drinking. There are other faucets available in the kitchen for food preparation. The facility to submit a new water sample test results to Licensing that is within the reporting limits by 11/28/22. Based on record review, the Lead Sampling Report in three (3) identified faucets: A, E, & I have elevated lead above 5.5 ppb.
