By POC due date of 5/02/2025, Site Supervisor will provided training documents that was performed, updated drill activity procedures, and list of teachers who attended the training. Based on observation, and interviews child C1 was left unsupervised during a fire drill activity which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
