The Director Elizabeth Zaragoza placed the water outlet out of service by removing the entire faucet and drinking fountain. The CCC is also providing bottled drinking water to children in care and utilizing faucets/drinking fountains located in classrooms. POC has been corrected LPA Hamilton received water testing results taken on March 19, 2024 with an Action Level Exceedance of 5.9 which is higher than the allowable limit. If parent does not comply with meeting or the modified schedule, then RCOE and the District will be involved to help facilitate a meeting with parent, to address child's behaviors and needs. Child #1 (C1) does not like to take naps and displays disruptive behaviors during nap time. These behaviors interfere with the other children's abilities to take a nap or rest, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
