The Director Elizabeth Zaragoza placed the water outlet out of service by removing the entire outdoor drinking fountain. The CCC is also providing bottled drinking water to children in care and utilizing faucets/drinking fountains located in classrooms. POC has been corrected LPA Hamilton received water testing results taken on March 20, 2024 with an Action Level Exceedance of 15 which is higher than the allowable limit. This requirement has not been met as evidenced by Director stated that a support plan has been created by facility and RCOE for S1 to receive ongoing training on personal rights, mandated reporter, health and wellness activities and interpersonal training. Director will provide proof to LPA via email that support plan has been initiated with S1 and training has began on or before the POC due date.
