Director stated infants are bounced in the infant bouncer prior to falling asleep. Director informed teaching staff in classroom to move sleeping infants from bouncer during LPA's visit. Based on observation and interview, the facility did not comply with above. LPA observed 2 infants sleeping in infant bouncers and 1 infant sleeping in an infant swing. This poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care. Director stated they will remove infant bouncers and address infant sleeping with teaching staff.
