Safety precautions shall include but not limited to: (9) Each family child care home shall have a written disaster plan of action prepared on a form approved by the Department. All children, age and ability permitting, and the provider, the assistant provider, and other members of the household, shall be instructed in their duties under the disaster plan. 102391(a) · 102391 Inspection Authority of the Department (a) Any duly authorized officer, employee, or agent of the Department shall, upon presentation of proper identification, enter and inspect any place providing personal care, supervision, and services at any time, with or without advance notice, to secure compliance with, or to prevent a violation of, the regulations adopted by the Department governing family child care homes, and in accordance with Section 102396.
