The director stated she will have an one-on one meeting with the staff member involved and will have the meeting documneted and provided to LPA Leong. Thh director also requested Child Care Advocates from CDSS to assist in go over training with this particulat staf member. Based on interviews, one staff member was observed in several incidents over a period of time involving violations of children’s personal rights. This violation poses an immediate health, safety, and personal rights risk to children in care.
