by A Team Meeting was held: -Staff came up with better system regarding monitoring all doors to the classroom. -Staff discussed about head count and what to do during transition period. Based on unsual incident report and interview of the staff, a child was in the playground alone for less than 5 minutes. Proof of meeting agenda and staff in attendance of meeting has been submitted to LPA. Citation is cleared during today's visit.
