Facility sent out memos to families to ensure all adults picking up children are on the emergency card, and all staff received training from the Program Director regarding responsibility of following the policy. Director will provide the new test results to LPA no later than 10/24/2022. Based on results received from the certified water samplers, the facility exceeded 5.5 ppb of lead in their water source. Once received, the facility took immediate and proper actions to remediate the fixtures. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
