The facility has covered contaminated fixtures and the school district has supplied a water dispenser for drinking. Facilit will alert Licensing of the next steips to clean water by the 6/30/23 Based on results received from the certified water samplers, the facility exceeded 5.5 ppb of lead in their water source. Once received, the facility took immediate and proper actions to remediate the fixtures. This poses a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
