Director agrees to train staff on the person rights of the children in care, and email LPA agenda and a signature of all in attendance by 05/01/2024. During today visit, the Director demonstrated that the facility has already reviewed the personal rights of the children in care with all staff in March 2024. On 7/12/23, Facility's Regional Manager came to train staff on proper supervision of children. Facility must have parents read report and collect receipt of report by 7/28/23. On 5/24/23, Staff conducted training for staff on Active Supervision and Transitional Tracking. Facility has collected signatures of all that attended. Based on interviews the licensee did not comply with this regulation in that a child was found by staff unattended in the hallway. This is a potential risk to children in care.
