The director held a staff meeting regarding personal rights from 6/24/2025 to 6/26/2025 . The staff member involved in this incident is no longer employed with the facility as of 7/2/2025. The facility has disabled fixtures and will replace the fixtures affected and will be flushing the water fixture until they are retested with a certified water sampler by 6/30/23.
