Per director, they plan to install alarms on doors, install child safety gates on areas that are needed, have a staff meeting, and go over safety and security, and send an email to staff regarding procedures. Director will send LPA meeting schedule, and staff signatures of staff that attended the meeting. Based on interview and record review, the facility did not comply with the section cited above as facility self reported that there was a child left alone outside which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
