Licensee corrected the deficiency by having the adult, Cole Senter, livescanned fingerprinted on 09/25/25. Mr. Senter is now associated to the facility and has all the required clearances. Based on analyst interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above as during a 09/10/25 home inspection visit licensee disclosed that an uncleared adult is residing in the second floor of her residence which poses/posed an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
