We will meet with all the staff individually and will send note to the parents and will also notify them of the violation. A copy of the topics covered and staff signature will be submitted to the department by 10/18/21. Based on LPA’s interviews and observation, several staff admitted to not wearing their mask during circle time, inside the classroom. Several children were also observed not wearing mask inside the classroom. This is an immediate hazard to the health of children due to the COVID-19 pandemic which is currently on the rise.
