Licensee states she will submit a written plan to analyst by 04/04/24 indicating how supervision will be increased to meet the needs of children in care particularly during school age children’s outdoor time to complete the correction. Based on analyst interviews, the licensee is providing insufficient supervision to school age children when they are in the secured front yard of yard of the home by primarily supervising them by camera rather than in person supervision resulting in injury and altercations which is an immediate risk to children in care.
