… LPA observed water fountain closed, bagged and marked for repair. Fountain is inaccessible. Children do not use the fountain and are not even in the building that has the lead exceedance. If fountain is repaired, Director stated she would send retesting documents to licensing. Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance level for the drinking fountain outside women's restroom near the sanctuary which may have been used for drinking prior to the lead exceedance which posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to children in care.
