Mrs. Packer stated that she will educate herself better. She learned today that this was not a safe practice. She will ask for assistance when needed. She will also educate her assistant so they can learn together and have communication with the parents. Based on interview with Mrs. Packer, she admitted to grabbing an infant by the legs to sit infant onto the floor so she can play with her toys.
