… Staff member (S1) no longer works at the facility and is not eligible for rehire. LIcensee conducted a staff training with entire staff on 12/12/2024 regarding personal rights and reporting incidents to licensing authorities and will include agenda and staff signatures submited via e-mail to LPA Lane. Based upon interviews and documents reviewed it was determined that staff member (S1) kissed several children multiple times which is an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
