The new kitchen sink was installed on or about 09/17/2023. On 09/27/2023, LPA observed the sink installed in the facility kitchen. This deficiency has been cleared. Based on staff interviews and observations, the Licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that there was no kitchen sink in the facility which poses as a potential health, safety, or personal rights risk to persons in care.
