Facility has since implemented several corrective actions to ensure such an event does not recur. In addition, training were conducted with the entire facility. Supervision of children in childcare, personal rights and face to name. Director provided sign in sheet for training. Based on self-reported incident C1 who was outside having recess time and wandered inside to the Sea Life classroom and was unsupervised C1 was alone which poses a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care..
