The facility director stated S1 was terminated on 02/14/22. The facility director stated a facility in-service training will be conducted regarding children’s personal rights. The director stated she will provide a copy of the training agenda and the staff sign-in sheet to CCL by 5/9/22 Based on interviews and records reviewed, the licensee did not ensure children in care were free from intimidation, as S1 yelled at children on multiple occasions, which poses and immediate Health, Safety, and/or Personal Rights risk to children in care.
