Director stated the faucet has been used to fill filtered Brita water pitchers and provided the water to children in the past. Deficiency cleared during visit. Water outlets have been made inaccessible drinking fountains (faucets) were capped off. Do not use signs posted on each outlet. Director states sink faucets were replaced and are pending retesting. Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Lead Exceedance level at 3 sinks and 2 drinking fountains (faucets) measuring at 8.120ppb, 6.150 ppb, 11300.000ppb, 7.130ppb, 787,000ppb. Director stated that she provided the revised agreement to all the parents that complies with state requirement to all enrolled families. She also stated that she will insure that the facility continues to meet title 22 requirements. Director provided copy of the agreement addendum to LPA to verify correction. Based on interview's and record/document reviews, the facility did not comply with all terms and conditions stated in the admission agreement.
