On 1/3/2023, facility was operating out of ratio for about five minutes in the morning per review of records Director stated that she adjusted the staff members hours by having another staff takes over the shift of the staff that was struggling to be at work on time during mid January 2023. One teacher supervising five infants as the fifth child was dropped off at 7:20am and the second staff did not arrive to class until 7:25am. Statements obtained, there has been times that the room was out of ratio due to a staff being late to work. This poses a potential health and safety risk to clients in care. Director will remind all infant and toddler staff to ask the parent to stay or seek help to ensure that the facility remains in ratio at all times.
