The director reported that the drinking fountain in exceedance has been discontinued from use. All staff have been informed not to use the fountain for drinking water and it has been made inaccessible. The water to the drinking fountain has been turned off and an "out of order" sign has been placed on the drinking fountain. Purified water is being used for drinking and bottled water is being used for food preparation. The fixture has been repaired and will be retested. Based on water testing results and interviews, facility tested over the Action Level Exceedance level at one drinking fountain. Training was provided and documented on 7/28/21 (Requirements for Handling...Breast Milk...) Staff will check the name on the bottle when taking form the refrigerator, warming, and before giving the bottle to the child. Based on interviews and records reviewed staff fed a child a bottle that did not belong to the child. This provides a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
