Ms. Grey stated that she has conducted an all staff meeting with her current staff on April 16, 2024. Included in the meeting was "Positive Child Guidance". A copy of meeting agenda was provided today. Based on interviews conducted with staff, it was determined that a staff was rough with a child when she grabbed her by the hand and roughly sat her down on a chair. Director stated that she was not aware that this was reportable as it was corrected immediately. She submitted an Unusual Incident today. She also submitted a statement indicating that all unusual incidents will be reported to the department timely.
