  Director stated that S1 did not work in the facility anymore and that they will provided a reminder to all staff on their policy to maintain children’s information confidential in the next staff meeting. Facility will send LPA a sign in sheet of all staff present during meeting by 3/06/26.. Based upon staff interviews and video observed by LPA, child’s confidential information was exposed through social media which posed a potential health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
