Licensee stated she was unaware infants under 12 were required to sleep in a crib or playpen. LPA reviewed PIN 20-24 regarding children's sleep plan. Licensee stated she will follow the guidelines provided. Based on observation, LPA observed Jean Joseph picking child C1 from a bassinet which infants under 12 month is prohibited to sleep in and poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
