Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA's observation and interviews with children in care, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above that the facility’s designated child care room, living room and dining area were not maintained in a manner that provided comfortable accommodation for the children in care. The daycare room was excessively hot, requiring the LPA to close the door to prevent heat from flowing into the remainder of the home. The LPA also requested that the fan in the living room window be turned on to assist with circulation which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
