Ms. James associated Staff #1 in Guardian and submitted proof to LPA during this inspection. LPA reviewed fingerprint clearance and transfer procedure with Ms. James and she stated she understands. Based on records review a criminal record clearance transfer was not submitted for Staff #1 as required, which poses a potential Health and Safety risk to the children in care. Ms. James stated she will transfer new employees in Guardian and train the direcotrs in the process to ensure that prior to employment or initial presence in the facility, all employees will have a criminal record clearance and association to this facility.
